Making a Positive Impact
My name is Kaja and I am a passionate personal trainer, Face Yoga teacher, nutritionist and mindset coach. I have been researching healthy nutrition and different kind of sports for 13 years. I started, when my immune system broke down and I had to spend quite some time in hospital. I went through burnout and stomach problems. With meditation, workout and healthy eating I healed myself. Since then, I helped many people around the world and lived in five countries including the USA, Canada, Belgium, Italy, and England. I worked for international law firms and have been an assistant researcher at Harvard University. My career as a lawyer gave me first-hand insight to job-related stress, burnout, and an unhealthy lifestyle. My mission is to teach people how to spot the negative effects of today’s lifestyle and how to improve it.
